What is kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a mind-body technique aimed at helping individuals achieve better well-being on mental, emotional, and physical levels. At the crossroads of traditional Chinese medicine, neuroscience, and personal development, it is a holistic approach that considers all aspects of a person.
Like a computer, your body records everything you experience from the very beginning of your existence. What has been seen, heard, perceived, thought, and felt—all of it is imprinted and stored in your body: this is cellular memory. Kinesiology is the art of accessing these memories, which hold valuable information, to identify the sources of stress and blockages, and release the associated tensions.
Stress, blockages, and tensions can be emotional (anger, sadness, etc.), mental (beliefs, relationship conflicts, etc.), and physical (pain, illnesses, etc.). These three dimensions are closely interconnected because any disturbance in one of these areas will impact the others. At the core of kinesiology, and of our well-being, lies the delicate balance between emotions, mind, and body.
By restoring balance among these three, kinesiology offers tools to help you regain harmony with yourself and your environment, access your full potential, discover your inner resources, and move forward peacefully on your life journey.
How does it work? Through muscle testing, the primary tool of the kinesiologist.
Muscle testing allows for a direct dialogue with the body. In times of stress, muscles lose their tone and "give away". In normal situations or when there is a positive emotion, muscles "hold" and do not move. It is this muscular response that I test throughout the session, with precision and neutrality.
Typically, a muscle in the arm is used for comfort, but other muscles can be tested if necessary.
The muscle test guides us to the most appropriate technique to use during the session, the emotions to release, and the past situations that need to be brought to light. This is done at each individual's pace and with gentleness, through dialogue and listening.

Who and why should you consult?
The kinesiologist is not a doctor. As such, they do not provide diagnoses, treatments, prognoses, or dietary plans, do not make any medical prescriptions, and never advise discontinuing medical treatment.

Transforming oneself is a way of bringing light to the entire world.
